Product Description

MBS Impact Modifier

MBS is a terpolymer synthesized via emulsion polymerization from methyl methacrylate, butadiene, and styrene. It features a typical core - shell structure. The core layer consists of lightly cross - linked butadiene and styrene, while the shell layer is methyl methacrylate with good compatibility with PVC. This type of product is mainly used in the production of PVC indoor products, such as PVC pipes, card materials, PVC transparent films, and sheets.

Application

PF-MBS-1: High - transparency, low - whitening MBS, used for producing PVC transparent products with high transparency requirements and low - whitening needs, such as films and sheets.
PF-MBS-2: MBS with balanced transparency and impact strength, used for common transparent products, such as pharmaceutical sheets and film materials.
PF-MBS-3: MBS with transparency, low temperature resistance, and high impact strength, applied in the production of transparent products, such as pipes, pipe fittings, and card materials.

Packaging: 20 - 25 kg per bag, PP bag or kraft paper bag with PE inner bag.
