About PEEK

          Polyetheretherketone refers to a linear aromatic semi-crystalline polymer whose constituent units are oxygen-p-phenylene-oxy-p-phenylene-carbonyl-p-phenylene. Polyetheretherketone has both the heat resistance and chemical stability of thermosetting plastics and the molding processability of thermoplastics. It is currently recognized as one of the excellent polymer materials.

          Polyetheretherketone has the characteristics of good fluidity and high thermal decomposition temperature. It can be processed by extrusion, injection molding, molding, and spraying.

Product Description

         
            This product is a PEEK particle filled with carbon fiber reinforcement. As a reinforced plastic, it has better creep resistance, rigidity, dimensional stability and excellent electrical insulation properties compared to pure resin particles. It can withstand fixed loads for a long time at high temperatures and is an ideal material for structural parts.
