Butanediol Diglycidyl Ether (BDGE) is a commonly used epoxy reactive diluent and crosslinker. It is produced by reacting 1,4-butanediol with epichlorohydrin, resulting in a molecule containing two epoxide groups (glycidyl groups), which gives it high reactivity.

Characteristics of Butanediol Diglycidyl Ether
